My earliest memories of cooking go back to observing and assisting my grandma in the kitchen starting at 3 years old. From rolling out pasta dough to spending summer days making our own tomato sauce, I was always so intrigued.
I was born in Orange County but moved to Italy when I was 2 years old. Growing up in Italy, food was ALWAYS the main subject. Overtime I traveled to all the regions of Italy to explore the uniqueness of each cuisine.
After finishing high school in Italy I moved on to University in the U.K. where I obtained my bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
During college I quickly earned a reputation for cooking fantastic meals and hosting memorable dinner parties for friends. Seeing people come together and enjoy my food was when I knew my lifelong cooking passion was my calling.
Completing college, I moved back to Orange County and attended 2 years of culinary school. Thereafter, I worked multiple years for various Michelin starred chefs and restaurants.
The skills and techniques I mastered and developed, alongside my passion and drive to create amazing food and memories, led me to start Ciao Bello Private Chefs!
